Step 1: Download, print and complete by hand and in full the Money Back Guarantee Form

Step 2: Enclose all of the following in an envelope:

  1. The original completed Money Back Guarantee Form.
  2. An unmodified store register receipt with a specially-marked Goodnites® product (limit one) purchased between 1/1/26 – 12/31/26. Please circle product purchased and date on store receipt.
  3. The original UPC Code from the package. UPC Code must match offer packaging.
